Student: Krishtovao manuel Leydna

Supervisor: Natalia Udalova

Faculty: Faculty of Law

Educational Programme: Jurisprudence (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 8

Year of Graduation: 2019

The present research largely contributes to the studying of copyright on audiovisual works. It explores the copyright relationships between the audiovisual itself and authors who create it. It also studies the problems arising in the sphere of co-ownership of audiovisual works as every audiovisual work is a complex phenomena consisting of other smaller works that are also protected by copyright. The present research also conducts a comparative legal analysis of regulation of copyright in various jurisdictions, and seeks for the best solutions to problems that are also common to Russian copyright realities. We believe, this research will be useful to researchers who study the problems of copyright, as well as to law students and legal practitioners who want to get an overview of the regulation of audiovisual works in Russian copyright legislation and problems arising in this sphere.
