Management of Halal Tourism Development in Chain Hotels

The research "Management of Halal Tourism Development in Chain Hotels" aims to build a strategy to attract Muslim tourists. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and 12 applications. In the introduction, the relevance and novelty of the research are revealed, the object and subject are indicated, the main purpose is set (development of halal tourism within large hotel chains) and the objectives for achieving this purpose are indicated. The first chapter reveals the concept of halal tourism and highlights main services which are important for Muslims when booking hotels. In the second chapter the network organisation of hotel chains and their strategies are studied to find ones which can be used to attract halal tourists. The third chapter is based on an empirical study of the largest hotel chains, which has a purpose to determine the degree of their halality. A final list of recommendations for the development of halal tourism in chain hotels is based both on theory and practical researches. In conclusion all the findings are summirized.
