Financial Analysis of Companies Using Information Systems

The goal of final qualifying work was to conduct an analysis of the financial condition of the company JLC CROC Inc. using information systems. The following tasks were set: 1. To study the activities of the company; 2. To study the information systems used by the company for financial analysis and planning; 3. To analyze the financial condition of the company. In the first chapter, an analysis of the company’s activities was carried out, and all corporate information systems used for the analysis and planning of the enterprise’s activities were studied. In the second chapter, various methods of analysis, coefficients and indicators for assessing the financial condition of the company are reviewed. Based on the analysis and methods studied, a financial analysis of the company was carried out, which is presented in the third chapter of the work. The following work was done: analysis of the financial stability of the organization, assessment of the value of the organization’s net assets, analysis of liquidity, analysis of the effectiveness of the organization’s activities, calculation of turnover, analysis of the creditworthiness of the borrower. In general, all other financial indicators correspond to the normal value, except for liquidity indicators and turnover indicators. Based on the analysis of the ratio of assets in terms of liquidity and liabilities by maturity, it can be concluded that CROC does not have enough liquid assets that could be transferred to repay term liabilities. It was concluded that the financial condition of the company CROC Inc. can be assessed as positive.
