The System of Objects of Neighboring Rights in Russian Federation and Foreign Countries: Comparative Analysis

The paper deals with issues related to the concept of related rights in Russian and foreign legal systems, sources of legal regulation and the process of regulation of related rights in Russia and foreign countries. The author analyzed systems of related rights in Russia and foreign countries, on the basis of which a comparison of the legal regulation of related rights was made. Recommendations for improving the Russian system of related rights are identified.
