Subsidiary Liability of Controlling Persons in Bankruptcy

This reserch is an attempt at examining some issues pertaining to the Russian concept of subsidiary liability of controlling persons in bankruptcy cases. The central research question can be framed as follows: how effective is the established by legislation mechanism of bringing controlling persons to subsidiary liability as a way to protect the rights of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
