OPTIMIZATION OF THE CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HOLDING IN RUSSIA The question of capital structure is one of the fundamental in the company's work. The ratio of equity to debt shows how effectively the company uses the opportunities of loans for its own growth. The purpose of this work is to identify the optimal ratio of own and borrowed funds of Miratorg holding - one of the largest representatives of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian economy. Some tasks were set to achieve the goal of the work: 1. To learn some theoretical aspects of capital structure, review of basic theories of capital structure. 2. Analysis of previous studies related to the capital structure of the company. 3. Select the appropriate methods of capital assessment and optimization . 4. On the basis of the collected data to analyze the activities of the company, its reporting and key financial indicators. 5. To estimate the cost of equity and debt capital of the company, to perform calculations of the WACC and to construct three-dimensional surfaces on the basis of the obtained data. 6. On the basis of the results to draw conclusions about the optimal capital structure of the company. It should be mentioned that the topic of capital structure is rather obscure, as there is no single method of optimizing the capital structure of the company, so why this research is relevant.
