The main goal of this final qualifying work is to develop an information system for decision-making support by the HSE admissions Committee, which will allow obtaining, storing and processing data on applicants. This solution will be used in the selection Committee of the University. As part of this work the analysis of various tools, technologies and libraries for the database, client and server side of the application was made, which helped to choose the technology stack of the project. Also, the existing solutions were studied and the fact that it was impossible to use them for the selection committee of HSE was proved. The application was created using the principles of the client-server architecture and deployed on the internal servers of the university. JavaScript, React.js and Node.js were chosen as the main programming language and frameworks. The developed information system has the following functions: import and export of files with applicant’s data in xls format, presenting data on applicants in the form of a table, filling in data on applicants, synchronizing tables for each active session in real time, displaying statistical information about the competitive situation, the separation of access rights to the system, performing operations with tables (sorting, filtering, searching, etc.). The volume of the paper, with the exception of the application, is 48 pages. The number of illustrations in the work - 20, sources used - 48.
