The economic growth is one of the priority business goals. The economic growth is usually understood as an increase in the volume indicators of the company's financial and economic activities, such as revenues from sales of products, net assets, equity, net profit, etc. The relevance of this topic is due to the importance of the company's economic growth indicator for assessing the development of the company, as well as the insufficient elaboration of this topic in the research of domestic and foreign authors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the growth of companies on the basis of economic indicators of financial and economic activities, as well as making a growth forecast and developing recommendations for making management decisions. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter examines the theories and growth models of various scientists in this field, their empirical research, as well as approaches to the study and identification of factors contributing to the economic growth of the company. The second chapter describes the algorithm for conducting research, analyzing the indicator of economic growth on a sample of companies, identifying the factors that have the greatest impact on growth, as well as determining the quality of growth of companies. The third chapter is devoted to assessing the impact of selected factors on the change in the growth rate, building a forecast model, and developing alternative forecast scenarios for the growth and development of companies. The main conclusions are made on the basis of the results obtained in the process of theoretical and empirical research of the company's growth. As well as developing recommendations to improve the financial and economic situation of companies.
