Use of Elements of Gamification to Increase the Involvement of Employees of PJSC «VimpelCom»

The paper reveals the essence of the concept of gamification, analyzes the effect of gamification on staff involvement. In order to increase the involvement of employees of the mass recruitment department of PJSC "VimpelCom", game elements are being developed for introduction into the process of their work.
