Development of CRM Programm for Drug Store Chain "A'lo farm"

The topic of this graduation qualification work is «Development of CRM Programm for Drug Store Chain «A’lo farm»», in the framework of which ways to develop a CRM implementation program were considered, and a CRM introduction program for the Pharmacy Chain «A’lo farm» was developed. The task is to study and clarify the theoretical aspects of CRM systems, to conduct an audit of the company's customer focus and to develop a program for introducing CRM into the pharmacy chain. Based on the task, in the final qualifying work a number of issues are consistently addressed, such as the evolution of the phenomenon of consumer loyalty, the introduction of CRM in the enterprise, the assessment of the effect of the introduction of CRM-systems. In the practical part of the work, the general logic, stages and schedule of the program for introducing CRM into the pharmacy chain A’lo Farm are described.
