This research describes the process of developing a 2D POV display and an application for its remote control. The device was created to visually display information of various kinds, such as a character, string, static and animated image. Before development, it was necessary to analyze the existing methods for developing a POV display, methods for transmitting information to it, as well as a comparison with LED displays. The study revealed the shortcomings of the existing methods for developing POV displays, as well as the disadvantages and advantages over LED displays. In the process of work, a program was created for the microcontroller to work, thanks to which the microcontroller receives Bluetooth information from the application and transmits signals to the LEDs. In accordance with the received signals, the LEDs light up in a certain color. The volume of work is 70 pages, the number of illustrations is 53. References consist of 54 sources.
