Using Multi- Canvas Approach for Business Planning

The emergence of share economy and crowd economy opens the prospects for modernization in different spheres of everyday life. In this project the authors are developing a business model and a business plan of a new venture – a service for providing personal assistance to CEOs on the basis of subscription, share economy and remote work principles. The side goal of the project is to propose and study the use of multi canvas approach to business modeling. The methods of the research consist of brainstorming sessions, interviews, planning and using a number of canvas business modeling frameworks. The results are the creation of a viable business model and a business plan of a new venture, alongside with the evaluation of usability of multi canvas approach, proposed by authors. This approach is found to be applicable for the early stages of business planning and business development, though is to be further aided with creating a complete business plan.
