Increasing Efficiency of an Enterprise Inventory Management System by Analytical Modeling

An analysis of the market situation was carried out and the main problems in its activity of AVTOVAZ were identified. System of stock management,which can contribute to the improvement of the stock management system was considered. Purpose of the work is: to recommend the implementation of a suitable modern inventory management system at the enterprise. The subject of the research is the inventory management system of AUTOVAZ The object is the available methods and models of reserve management.
