Increasing Efficiency of an Enterprise Inventory Management System by Analytical Modeling

Diploma thesis - number of pages 80, 20 images, 3 tables, 55 sources. This work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters and their subchapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature and annexes. Keywords: reserves, methods and models of reserve management, ABC and XYZ analysis, reserve management system, Kanban, reserve management efficiency. This work focuses on effective reserves management. Types of stocks at the enterprise, methods and models of reserves management, the basic problems connected with management of stocks at the enterprise are considered. An analysis of the market situation was carried out and the main problems in its activity of AVTOVAZ were identified. System of stock management,which can contribute to the improvement of the stock management system was considered. Purpose of the work is: to recommend the implementation of a suitable modern inventory management system at the enterprise. The subject of the research is the inventory management system of AUTOVAZ The object is the available methods and models of reserve management.
