The goal of our proposal research is to analyze structure and make an audit of Russian medium business company ‘Electrotekhnica I Avtomatica’, which is based in Omsk in order to make some recommendations and point out problems of ethic. The hypothesis is that the company has some issues and we can find them out and work with them using mostly qualitative methods, such as interviews of the CEO of the company and its managers, surveying about 20 other employees and data analysis: documents about corporate culture, ethic codes and other existing papers. That is expected that in the company is a strong leader, which provide ethic regulation through the individual example. Also, we can suggest that company do not use any regulatory documents and other obligatory rules, which can be used to legally penalize in case of disregard. After the completion of the project we can give some analytics and evaluation of the company’s ethic system with some recommendation about how to develop it, which will help the company to higher itself at the International Market.
