Confidentiality of the Person Who is Using the Mobile Commerce

This paper deals with the problems of ensuring the confidentiality of the individual when using mobile Commerce - a direction in which there is growth in Russia and in the world due to the development of technology, the expansion of business areas and incidents faced by users. Analyzed threats and risks, technical regulations and legal provisions of personal data protection in Russia, Europe and the world, ways of ensuring the privacy of the individual in mobile Commerce, as well as built the relationship of the dimensions of protection and risks in the protection of the privacy of the individual and, as a result of the work carried out a statistical study and evaluation of the available object, m-Commerce. In conclusion, the proposed principles and approaches to privacy of the individual.
