Staff Turnover and Labour Mobility: The Case of IT Company's Voluntarily Resigned Employees

The modern labor market is developing and growing every day. A few years ago, the field of information technology did not even exist as a separate segment of the economy. Today, the work in the IT sphere is considered to be in demand, prestigious and highly paid.And as a result, the demand for IT-specialists is growing every day. But with great responsibility comes great commitment. Employment in an IT is characterized by high workload, high levels of stress and overwork, which, as a result, leads to high staff turnover in companies. In connection with the current situation, this work aims to analyze the motives of employees who decided on voluntary turnover. The study was conducted on the example of a modern Russian IT company. After completion of the study, the IT company under the study was provided with recommendations for solving such a problem as high voluntary staff turnover.
