Identification of Strategic Ways for а Company

Analysis of strategic prospects is an essential stage in the formation and development of the company. This study analyzes the strategic prospects for the company landscape industry. The empirical study is related to two main objectives of the current study: analysis of internal and external environment, the main activities of the company and the formation of strategic and competitive areas and products for the development of the company in the field of landscape design. This study makes a significant contribution to the professional knowledge and practice of strategic development in organizations similar to the case study. Following an in-depth analysis of preliminary research results, some recommendations will help to identify and prevent gaps in the current and subsequent activities of the company and improve competitiveness in the market of landscape services. The results of the analysis can be applied to companies that partially or fully operate in the field of landscape production.
