Building a School Improvement Program on the Basis of Public Administration of the School

This work is devoted to building a program to improve the quality of school education on the basis of public administration. The first Chapter examines the practice of school improvement on the example of international and Russian quality education studies. Theoretical issues of monitoring as a basis for building programs to improve the quality of education are also considered. The second Chapter analyzes the state of quality of education in the Russian Federation and the Moscow region, and identifies the criteria for an effective school. A detailed analysis of the quality of education in schools in the Moscow region allowed us to identify problems and ways to solve them, which formed the basis of the improvement program in schools in this region. The third Chapter describes the mechanisms and main components of building a school improvement program. The relevance and concept of the regional competition of best practices of school improvement is also justified. The work may be of interest to school administrators who are focused on improving the educational results of students, as well as specialists in the field of quality management of education.
