Legal Regulation of the Work of Professional Football Players and Coaches

The purpose of this final qualification work is to study the features of the legal regulation of labor relations of football players and football coaches. The main objectives of the final bachelor's work are: 1) study of the legal status of football players and coaches, 2) analysis of labor and sports legislation, as well as local acts of the Russian Football Union, 3) consideration of the specifics of labor activity, sports regime, transfers of football players, rental of football players, rights and duties of both parties. The first chapter examines the issue of regulating the labor relations of football players, examines its legal status, features of the labor function, the emergence and termination of labor relations, as well as transfer, sports regime and image rights. The second chapter examines the legal status of a football coach, especially the conclusion and termination of an employment contract, the coaching regime and current problems in the field of regulation of labor relations with this category of employees. As part of the work, it is proved that at the moment the labor legislation cannot fully regulate relations between the subjects of professional football. In this connection, in this work, proposals were put forward to fill the gaps in labor legislation
