China's and the US' Economic Diplomacy in the Context of the Trade War

This research is devoted to the study of the institute of economic diplomacy of the United States and China in the context of the trade war. The study based on the theory of hegemonic stability and other concepts within the framework of the modern school of realism. The study focuses on the strategic approach of the United States and China to economic diplomacy, the examination of the basic principles and trends of economic diplomacy in the current time. The results of the study are compatible with the proposed hypothesis: the trade war as a state of bilateral relations will strengthen the role of restrictive economic diplomacy in world politics while stimulating the formation of the Chinese system of economic diplomacy.
