It serves as a theoretical foundation to direct action towards sustainability. Further the paper explores current global consulting practices of sustainability implementation as well as strategical decision-making under uncertainty. Findings show sustainable strategies implemented in parallel with digital profit-making strategies yield best economic performance. The research suggests that this could be used as argumentation in support of corporate sustainability race. Nevertheless, the primary driver of innovation and change towards sustainability is personal values of the leadership. This proves the significance of collective contribution to the corporate strategy values.
