The development of technology, the development of borders between countries and cultures, the desire of organizations to find new ways to achieve better results at lower costs, all this leads to the emergence and acquisition of new types of design opportunities - remote. Interaction between people, with greater efficiency at lower cost- all this led to the emergence and gaining popularity of a new type of design - remote. The situation in the world, economy and business dictates the need for a transition to a new system of organization of work and interaction between people, with greater efficiency at lower costs. People, on the one hand, are the most important resource of the enterprise, and on the other hand, large amounts of money are spent on training personnel, renting premises for offices, providing working conditions inside the office, and on finding suitable personnel, sometimes companies also have to spend money on “moving an employee to the place of work”. All these problems can be fully or partially eliminated by involving a remote team in the project.
