The analysis of Internet slang and foreign borrowings usage in modern spoken Chinese

Abstract The language as one of the most important tools of any human activity is permanently adapting for the actual needs of its users. In terms of globalization and technological progress, the importance of international internet communication has increased, this phenomenon influences modern languages in many ways. This work is focused on the analysis of Internet slang and loan words influence on modern spoken Chinese. For making such analysis the internet slang and loan words formulation and implementation process were studied, the theoretical results were supported by the survey. The author makes the conclusion that the process of borrowing foreign words, developing internet slang vocabulary and implementation them to the spoken Chinese language is going to continue.
