The aim of the study is to develop proposals for improving the mechanism for providing land plots to large families by local authorities. As part of the study, an analysis of the regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of providing this support measure was made. Based on an analysis of publications in the media, specific cases of violation of the law in this area were identified. The results of the study made it possible to develop proposals for improving legislation in the field of providing this support measure.
