The Improvement Project for Manufacturing Processes by Logistics Methods

Title: «The improvement project for manufacturing processes by logistics methods». The content of the final qualification works consists of 68 pages, including 5 graphics, 37 tables and 1 picture in the appendix. 52 sources were used when writing the scientific work. Keywords: manufacturing logistics, manufacturing enterprise, selection of suppliers, improvement project for manufacturing processes, economic efficiency. Object of research: "Technological Center of Metalworking" located in Krasnoe Selo. Subject of research: manufacturing logistics, methods of logistics. The scientific work consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction describes the relevance of the final graduation work, defines the goal and tasks, and specifies the object and subject of the explored topic. Chapter 1 is devoted to the studying of Russian and foreign literature on the scrutinized topic. Chapter 2 defines the essence of the company and gives an analysis of its financial and economic state. Chapter 3 solves a task of the supplier’s selection and imitates a project for improving the manufacturing processes, using logistics methods. The conclusion is devoted to the main recommendations and results obtained in the explored topic. The application part includes 1 section.
