Features of Insolvency Proceeding in Bankruptcy

Diploma work is devoted to insolvency proceeding in bankruptcy. The paper highlights the features of insolvency proceeding, defines the concept of insolvency proceeding, defines the grounds and consequences of introducing the procedure, emphasize the stage of formation of the insolvency estate, analyzes the procedure for satisfying creditors' requirements and the procedure for completing insolvency proceeding. The features of the legal status of the insolvency manager and his responsibility are also considered. The norms of Russian and foreign legislation, judicial practice and the doctrine on this topic were studied, based on these sources, problems were identified and ways to solve them were proposed.
