The black-box optimization problem is one of the most prominent in the computation field. However, the cost of creating and learning an optimization framework to optimize a task is very high. Setting up and configuring the optimization software is a difficult task in itself, and it requires substantial computation resources as well. Having a general-purpose service capable of solving a wide range of problems would greatly benefit such cases. Due to the substantial computations requirements of a singular black-box optimization task, distributed computing will be a requirement for such a service. In this paper, we create such a service, compare different algorithms and analyze existing solutions.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
