Main Features of Spoken and Written Business Communication in German, English and Russian-speaking Cultures

This thesis considers issues related to oral and written business communication in three cultures: English (British), German and Russian. In the theoretical part, definitions are given of basic concepts, such as intercultural communication, business communication and its types, and also the existing classifications of business cultures are described. The practical part is aimed at comparing the three business cultures and the study of business letters and business dialogs that reflect the characteristics of business written and oral communication in England, Germany and Russia.
