Analysis of Intangible Assets’ Effect on Economic Perfomance in the Russian Winemaking Industry

Traditionally the main factors of economic efficiency of а company were its tangible assets and physical assets. Intangible assets are the dominant of economic relations in the modern economy because especially they affect profits, profitability, competitiveness, investment attractiveness and economic security of manufacturing enterprises. Production activity cannot exist without innovative one where intangible assets play one of the main role. This work is a study about Russian winemaking enterprises aimed to analysis of intangible assets’ effect and their impact on enterprises’ profit. Results of the research show that despite this fact that the share of intangible assets from the total property of organization is still small they are important component of the production process and have the positive impact on company’s net profit.
