Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Company and Preparing Recommendations for Improving the Financial Position

This work is a consulting project aimed at analyzing the activities and evaluating the effectiveness of RUSSIAN EDUCATION LLC, as well as developing recommendations for improving the financial condition of this organization. The work was carried out using theoretical and empirical methods, on the basis of which we obtained results for the development of recommendations. It should be noted that many organizations strive to increase their effectiveness in the modern fast-growing market, therefore RUSSIAN EDUCATION LLC will use these recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
