Research of the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Structure as an Element Business Management

This work is devoted to the actual problem of interaction between organizational structure and culture of the organization. The organisational structure distributes responsibilities between different departments or employees. While organizational culture determines the nature of interpersonal relations between employees in a company. The problem with this paper is that organizations build organizational structures and organizational cultures without paying due attention to their compliance. To solve this problem 3 methods were used: diagnostics of organizational structure, analysis of organizational culture and by means of correlation coefficient calculation the degree of their interconnection was revealed. During the conducted research it was revealed that the organizational culture and organizational structure do not correspond to each other. In this case there is a probability that the organization does not work efficiently enough.
