The Public Administration's Improvement in the Ecological Sphere (the Case of Samara Region)

This work is devoted to research in the field of environmental policy assessment on the example of the Samara region. An assessment of the effectiveness of environmental policy on the basis of consideration of the most significant indicators, their structural changes, as well as a correlation analysis of economic and environmental factors is given. The review and analysis of the history of the formation of public administration in the field of ecology is carried out, as well as its comparison with the experience of foreign countries in Europe and Asia. Based on the research work, recommendations are made to improve the efficiency of the state environmental policy.
