Management of Venture Innovative Projects by Methods of Cognitive Analytics

This paper is devoted to the study of cognitive business analytics, namely its separate section - fuzzy sets, and is also aimed at analyzing the application of this model for managing a venture innovation project. The main concepts of cognitive business analytics, venture innovation project management system, as well as the concepts of fuzzy sets theory are analyzed in this paper. By the example of the project "Feed additives and vitamins for Small Pets" of "A-BIO" company the analysis of application of cognitive business analytics method (fuzzy sets model) for management of innovative projects was carried out. The main financial indicators of the project have been calculated, the general evaluation of the project efficiency has been carried out, and also the variant of evaluation of the venture innovation project efficiency using MatLab software has been considered. For carrying out this research there were analyzed the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the issues of cognitive business analytics and the theory of fuzzy sets, as well as the practice of their application for project management, there was held a conversation with representatives of the company, during which the data for the research were obtained. The analysis carried out and the results obtained should provide a basis for future research and serve as a guide for the application of cognitive business analytics in venture innovation project management.
