This work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part tells us about the basics of strategic planning in the enterprise, about distribution channels, distribution channel and current trends in the FMCG market. The second Chapter is an analysis of the company, the factors that affect it, an assessment of the distribution channel and strategies for its development in the conditions of increasing influence of Federal retail chains. The problem is urgent for the company, since the manufacturer has to go to unfavorable conditions for the sale and delivery of goods to large Federal networks, he can not decide how many units of goods he will put in a particular network. In addition, this problem has a negative effect on the interaction of the company and its distributors and on the distributors themselves in General. They feel they are not needed, close down, go bankrupt, are debtors, and so on. The company needs an effective distribution channel to remain in the leading position, even if the Federal networks refuse products from this manufacturer.
