IIntroduction The purpose of my research is to develop a mentoring program in the company Avtolans. To develop the program, I used methods such as analysis and systematization of literature on the problem of mentoring, analysis of corporate documents of other companies that have a mentoring program, analysis of the economic benefits of the company after the implementation of the mentoring program, comparison with existing reports. The result of my research was the development of a provision on mentoring and implementation of the company, as a result of which increased the effectiveness of managers and the main economic indicators of the company. My work consists of two chapters, the first - theoretical, the second - practical, a list of references and an appendix with a provision on mentoring in the company Avtolans. Background. The relevance of the selected topic is due to two parameters: 1. Relevance for employees 2. Relevance for the company. In my opinion, this topic will be relevant for employees, because it will reduce the time it takes for an employee to get comfortable in a new place and start working with maximum efficiency, the employee will understand the goals, objectives and strengths and weaknesses of the company, and the employee will also receive feedback. For the company, the relevance of the topic is due to the cultivation of "internal trainers" who, by their example, carry a certain corporate standard and monitor its compliance with new employees and the future managers who have already been trained in basic managerial functions. Problem Statement. The purpose of writing this work, I see the development of a mentoring program in the company Avtolans, as this company is developing rapidly and without a mentoring program it is impossible to regulate the activities of mentors, their motivation and the ability to build the right KPI. The tasks are to analyze the sources of mentoring, since we need to understand where the mentoring originated from and how it developed, analyze the practice of mentoring in modern companies, because on the basis of this analysis we can identify the factors most suitable for our company to develop our own program, analysis of Avtolans for understanding the need to implement a mentoring program and determining the goals and objectives of mentoring, developing a mentorship provision and introducing it into the company's activities. Professional Significance. The practical significance of the research is the need to introduce mentoring in the company, as mentoring is the most important and successful method that promotes the development of a professional. In addition, the effectiveness of seminars and trainings held within the company increases when they are supplemented by mentoring [1]. The topic of mentoring is particularly relevant in connection with the development and establishment of the concept of a learning company. “A learning organization is one that effectively responds to the challenge of changing the business environment by creating new technologies, mastering new knowledge and skills. She integrates new knowledge and skills in the shortest possible time to transform her core business. In this regard, staff must constantly improve their skills and professionalism.” [2]. Delimitations of the study. In my work, I examined issues such as: mentoring, coaching, the development of these concepts over time, the practice of mentoring modern companies was examined using the example of Beeline. Using Beeline, I was able to collect the necessary data to develop my own mentoring program, since such a large company as Beeline has all the necessary regulatory documents and the direct experience of employees. The goals and objectives of mentoring were also determined, in principle and separately, by the example of the Avtolans company, in which the mentoring program was developed. The Avtolans company was analyzed for the need to implement a mentoring program, as well as the economic benefits after applying this program.
