Improving Packaging Management Performance in the Distribution Network of a Manufacturing Company

In the modern market conditions, companies who wish to maintain a position in a highly competitive struggle need not only to develop measures for cost decrease, but also to support international trends that are aimed at promoting the ideas of environmental impact reduction. Increasing the effectiveness of multi-turn packaging management in the distribution network of a company, and more specifically, the process of transition to multi-turn packaging, will allow companies to achieve both goals simultaneously. In the research, various packaging management systems were analyzed, a methodology for switching to multi-turn packaging in the distribution network of a petrochemical company was developed, and possible restrictions were introduced during implementation.
