Municipal Services Quality Assessment Information System Development

Graduate qualification work "Municipal Services Quality Assessment Information System Development".- Department of Information Technology in Business Research University Higher School of Economics - Perm, 2020. The work was done by Anna Rakova, a student of PI-16-2 of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Perm. The aim of this work was to develop and implement a system for evaluating municipal services provided in the Perm Krai. In the course of this work, the analysis of the subject area and the existing system was checked, on the basis of which the requirements to the system under development were determined. The work was followed by analytical analysis of the existing rating calculation methods, on the basis of which the calculation method for the system under development was compiled. The system design was carried out within the framework of object-oriented programming. The result of the development is a system, which collects and analyzes the opinion of Perm Region residents about the quality of received services and program documentation for it. The work includes: 56 pages of A4 format of the main text (4 chapters), 24 illustrations, 20 tables and 4 annexes. The bibliographic list contains 13 sources.
