Match and Mismatch Between Supply and Demand for Social Skills: The Impact on Earnings

The aim of this research is to study importance of the social skills for employers. The changes in the labor market and in technologies contributed to a decrease of middle-skilled cognitive routine jobs and caused a rise for occupations which require social and emotional skills. Various leading companies and many researchers published articles which demonstrated the changing structure of labor market and the importance of social skills. Such researchers were mostly conducted in the most developed countries. In Russia this topic is relatively new and fresh. There are still a lot of studies which can be done.
