In addition, the target audience of the project was analyzed; a review of the competitive environment was conducted; an organizational and production model of work on a media product was drawn up; a calendar and production plan used in the work were prepared using the example of teaser production; a review of the resources used; a distribution plan for the project was prepared; a marketing plan for promoting and monetizing the product.
