Nationality of a Foreign Investor: Specifics of Application of the Doctrine of Piercing the Corporate Veil in Private International Law

The study is devoted to the legal regulation of the nationality of a foreign investor in private international law, as well as the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil as a way to combat unfair foreign investors. The purpose of this work is to analyze the concept of treaty shopping in investment law and determine the criteria for using the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil in international arbitration.
