Verbal and Non-Verbal Features of Corporate Culture of Russians and the Chinese

The issues of cross-cultural understanding and communication play a significant role in the fast-paced world of globalization. Political figures, businessmen, entrepreneurs have only recently begun to pay attention to the cross-cultural aspect of communication with partners from anywhere in the world. However, there is still a problem of insufficient mutual understanding between the interlocutors due to communication barriers and other important factors, such as age, social status, gender difference, etc. The purpose of this study is to develop a training manual for workers in the field of trade between countries such as Russia and China. With this purpose in mind, synthesis and theoretical analysis, comparative, descriptive-analytical analysis will be applied. The results of this study will help to identify weaknesses in the understanding of other cultures among Russian companies, and will also increase the importance of studying the communication of the Eastern market for the adoption of important business ethics aspects. Among other things, the work will contribute to the identification of Chinese and Russian peculiarities of business communication within companies, which will allow international employees to apply their knowledge in practice and quickly integrate into the international team.
