The relevance of the work is primarily associated with the high rates of development and the prospects for the use of the Industrial Internet of Things, namely in transport and logistics systems. Since the technology is so new, it requires more careful study and research in a variety of fields. It is necessary to develop new methods and techniques that contribute to the effective use of IIoT. For this, it is also necessary to substantiate ways to implement the Industrial Internet of Things. In particular, in the transport and logistics systems. The purpose of this work is to substantiate the implementation of the Industrial Internet of Things in the transport and logistics system by developing a functional model at the enterprise level.
