Internal Hr-Brand Positioning within an It Company

Issues related to the HR-brand positioning in IT companies are of particular importance, because the most valuable resource of these organizations is people. An important prerequisite for the development of an HR-brand is the merger of several companies. The employer has to maintain his attractiveness and the benefits that employees came for.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
