Educational Programme: Management (Master)

The development of political and public institutions, high competition and increased control over the activities of commercial organizations by regulatory authorities have led to the need to create new mechanisms for interaction between the business community and the state, one of which is the GR-strategy of the organization. The relevance of the study is due to the presence of different approaches to the definition of GR and conflicting opinions on the organization of activities in the field of GR, and the lack of legally regulated approaches to the interaction of the business community with government representatives complicates the process of implementing the organization's GR strategy and evaluating its effectiveness. The dissertation research analyzes approaches to the definition of GR, features of interaction between the business community and authorities, provides an overview of the most common GR tools and approaches to the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of the organization's GR strategy. The practical part of the study is to develop the organization's GR strategy and approaches to evaluating its effectiveness based on the results of achieving goals and objectives, projects, and overcoming regulatory risks on the part of regulatory authorities.
