Development of the Project on Automation of Company Business Processes

In a highly competitive business environment, companies need to keep up with the times and find ways to automate business processes. This paper analyzes how the company’s transition to an integrated 1C ERP information system affects the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s activities. The peculiarity of this research is that the real project of the company Promis on automation of business processes is evaluated. The work uses data provided by the company and theoretical scientific literature from domestic and foreign sources. The results of the professional tasks performed show positive qualitative and quantitative changes in the company’s economic efficiency. During the implementation of the project, the author analyzed key changes in business processes, inhibiting factors and developed recommendations for managers of Russian companies who plan to implement the 1C ERP system.
