Evaluation System and Supplier Selection Development

In this paper, we will consider such an important topic for any business as a system for evaluating and selecting a supplier. In today's business world, when there is competition between different companies, regardless of the market in which they operate, companies should be able to offer their customers the highest quality product at the lowest prices. As a result, there is a need to look for the most attractive suppliers in terms of price and quality. In this paper, a theoretical analysis of the formulated problem will be carried out and a system for evaluating and selecting suppliers for the company will be developed on its basis. The result of the activity will be the final methodology for selecting suppliers, proven in practice. As a result, the company will be able to use this methodology to improve the efficiency of its work, as well as to improve financial and economic indicators.
