Organization of Network Interaction of Innovative Scientific and Technological Centers

The relevance of the research topic is due to global challenges that dictate the need to create and develop in the regions of Russia an ecosystem of fast-paying innovative research and technology centres capable of performing world-class scientific and technological research and development, as well as the need to create conditions in which the INTCS located throughout the Russian Federation can interact with each other to work more effectively on the tasks set. One of the promising areas of development of the "technological valleys" is the creation of their network. The problem of the dissertation research is the lack of elaboration of the issues of organizing network interaction of innovative scientific and technological centres in Russia, as well as the lack of a theoretical basis and methodological approaches to creating a network of these centres. The purpose of this study is to develop a mechanism for network interaction of innovative scientific and technological centres and a set of measures necessary for its implementation. To achieve this goal, you need to solve a number of tasks: 1. To explore the idea of creating an INTC as a new tool for organizing and stimulating innovation activities and their features. 2. Analyse the domestic experience of creating an INTC. 3. To study the world and domestic experience in the formation and functioning of networks of elements of innovative infrastructure. 4. Systematize the tools and methods of organizing network interaction of innovative scientific and technological centres in Russia. 5. To develop the concept of the mechanism of network interaction of the INTC of Russia. 6. Develop a list of measures necessary for the implementation of the proposed mechanism of network interaction of innovative scientific and technological centres of Russia. The object of the research is the innovative scientific and technological centres of the Russian Federation. The subject of this dissertation research is the mechanism of network interaction of innovative scientific and technological centres of Russia. The results of the study can form the basis for the development of a strategy for the creation and development of a network of innovative scientific and technological centres, as well as a corresponding «road map».
