The aim of our research is to identify new risks faced by entrepreneurs in the context of the COVID19 pandemic and the practice of coping with new risks for entrepreneurs. To achieve this goal, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the risks faced by entrepreneurs and investigated the motives for choosing certain strategies to overcome new risks. Based on the goal, we needed to conceptualize the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, conduct an in-depth analysis of the new risks faced by entrepreneurs during the pandemic and understand how they differ from the previous ones and find out what actions they took to overcome new risks and why entrepreneurs did exactly that. way. We managed to find out that among the new risks for business was an artificial reduction in supply and demand due to a lockdown, new uncertainty due to when the world will return to its usual course. Most often, entrepreneurs tried to keep the business without even seeing further prospects, because they were driven by the desire for self-realization. Since we were not able to interview those respondents who decided to close their business, further research in this area can be conducted to understand the motivation for closing a business in a pandemic. Also, based on this quantitative study, you can conduct a quantitative study, the results of which can be reflected in the general population.
