"Regulatory Guillotine" in Financial Management Companies: Challenges Analysis Through Foreign Experience

In the master's thesis, the author examines the nature and problems of the regulatory burden in foreign countries and in the Russian Federation. The paper describes the regulatory burden, the resulting problems that affect not only the economies of countries, but also business representatives. The instruments of regulatory policy – regulatory impact assessment and the "Regulatory Guillotine" – on the example of several foreign countries. The author also focuses on the "Regulatory Guillotine" and the reform of optimizing the regulatory burden implemented in the financial sector in the Russian Federation.
