The аcademic paper is devoted to the problems of stage tools, acting techniques, components of the theatrical sphere, their adaptation to the corporate sphere. Including adaptation of these techniques for the needs of business education and personnel development projects. The authors of the research paper evaluate scientific ideas about theatrical instruments and acting techniques, including in a psychoanalytic context. It is shown which components of the theatrical sphere are currently in demand in the corporate environment. The research paper is based on original research conducted by its authors. The empirical material of the research paper is a selection of author's interviews with a number of leading experts in this field. The main scientific result of the research paper is that it identifies and describes the main interests, needs and requests of the corporate sector regarding the use of theater techniques in HR policy. The authors identified such formats for the use of theatrical instruments and acting techniques as: entertaining, educational, gaming, psychotherapeutic, training. The аcademic paper contains statements that one of the most important components of the use of stage tools and acting techniques in the corporate sphere is emotional interaction, including interaction between employees within various corporate roles. The authors found that it is the use of theatrical tools in corporate training that allows an employee to critically analyze their behavior patterns, develop and evaluate alternative behavioral patterns for themselves.
